When you say there's support for relocatable installs for Windows, perhaps 
you might add "(don't use on Cygwin)." When I first saw that this option was 
off I thought I'd been doing things wrong all this time.

Or instead of "on Windows" you could say specifically what it's for (msys?) 
since brltty won't work on "windows" as such.
