[BRLTTY] Cygwin and exitting BRLTTY

No need to exit brltty to have options saved. There is a command to do
that. Don't know wether it is bound in a key of your braille display,
though.
And by the way: "on exit" means when you leave the preferences menu, not
when you leave brltty.
