[BRLTTY] USB Brailliant 24 on Windows

Hello:

I'm trying to run BRLTTY on Windows with a Brailliant 24 connected via 
USB.  The official USB driver for the Brailliant maps the device to a 
serial port, COM11 on this machine.  I read that the Brailliant 
implements the Baum protocol.  So I tried this command:

brltty -b bm -d serial:COM11

BRLTTY starts, but no braille appears.  Any ideas on what the problem 
might be and how to solve it?  Thanks.
