[BRLTTY] USB Brailliant 24 on Windows

(This is a resend.  I replied directly to Samuel by mistake the first time.)

OK, I installed libusb-win32, recompiled BRLTTY to use it, uninstalled
the official Brailliant USB driver, and ran this command line with the
Brailliant already plugged in:

brltty -b bm -d usb:

Still no braille.  I added "--no-daemon -l 7", but the output included
no information about whether BRLTTY could find and use the device.  By
the way, this is on Windows Vista.

Any more ideas?  Thanks.
