[BRLTTY] Braille editor

Hello again,

I think I have a source for this editor. And it is written by some Japanese 
or Chinese. As I can or better to say cannot read on the pages. And also the 
docs included in a source files is not readable.
But I think I could inspect the code and somehow make it suitable.
