If you have a closer look at the HandyTech driver in BRLTTY you will see that
basically, ATC is already implemented.  We just dont do really much yet with
the information.  If you have any suggestions, we already have
a module Programs/touch.c which encapsulates the touch sensitive information
processing, so suggestions could be implemented there.

Some of the speech functionality is already bound to the keypad of the evolution.
Do you have any concrete suggestions on what to bind where?
