[BRLTTY] redhat 9 install?

Does redhat 9 have a cd modified brltty installer? where would it be located? And since the mirrors are not up to date, can someone give me a list of distros that do have brltty installed to install with.

Sorry if I've asked this a million times but I keep forgetting and google isn't returning anything useful only things for debian.
