[BRLTTY] Bad characters, brltty restart is needed

Hello,

long time I have follow problem. If I start my computer and login into
textconsole  several characters shows brltty wrong. But if I restart brltty then
all characters are show correct. The same situation is under X. I tried
start brltty later but without good result.

I use:

- brltty 3.8 or 3.9
- Debian testing/unstable
