I think I need to understand this still better in order to give the tables
proper names. I'm sure you can appreciate that a general name like utf8 should
probably not be used.
What does ucb stand for?
Is big5 the formal name of the two-byte character set, with the utf8 table just
converting these two-byte characters into utf8?
What's the two-letter code for the Chinese language? Let's assume it's ch.
Would prefixing all there names, i.e. including big5, with ch- be okay?
