[BRLTTY] xbrlapi on Ubuntu 8.04

Getting back to Olivier's problem of typing "a" and getting "q", I don't 
know anything about xbrlapi but it sounds rather like the wrong keyboard 
language is selected. When I was in Belgium they mentioned that some 
typewriters (in those days) had the A and Q keys transposed. (Perhaps it was 
Flemish since Samuel or Sebastien would have mentioned French long since.)
