[BRLTTY] voyger dirver/brltty cursor routing bug

I
I'm running the development version svn, not the latest.
I ahve the vo and bm (baum) dirvers for brialle internal).
When it is on outomatic detect, the cursor routing on my voyager display 
fails.
killall brltty ; brltty -b vo
fixes this issue strangely enough.

I'll see if upgrading to the latest svn sources will wokr.
