Do "service bluetooth status" to see if bluetooth is running. If it isn't, do
"service bluetooth start". If it's an unrecognized service then first do "yum
install bluez-utils".

Once bluetooth is running, plug in the adapter. Once it's plugged in, the
command "hciconfig hci0" should show the interface and that it's up and
running.
