[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Pest

Hi folks,

The word "pesthouse" is not handled correctly. At first I thought of putting 
this in as a sufword but I think pest itself as a sufword will work. 
Pesthouse is a very rare word but it does exist. Here are a couple examples:

pest-house pe/h|se
 typhoid gave ! place ! "n (a pe/h|se4
