[BRLTTY] Should we start modernizing grade 2 symbols?

I believe they were, at least in some part, borrowed from Nemeth since they had 
no known (at least to us) standard representation at the time.

I agree. Our grade 2 representations should be correct.

Then let's make it so. Feel free to include this change in your next patch.

I don't think that's true any more. If it still does that, please give me an 
example. It's not supposed to.
