[BRLTTY] Screen reader for mac

i am kinda new at this. like Macports what exactly is that? when you  
say you have to download the version of screen that works with brltty,  
what do you mean? what does version of screen mean? so i should look  
through the documentation and find something that would be compatible  
with my computer, is that right?
