Samuel et al,

Ok so I downloaded the brltty-4.0.zip package and extracted it onto my harddrive.

Now what bits do I need to include on my dos boot media to enable it to run, and how do I run it?

Sorry for needing so much hand-holding, but I just need it to work for some serious system recovery work.
