When brltty is installed, the text tables are in /etc/brltty/. Since that'll be 
3.10 or earlier, their file names will look like text.*.tbl. In 4.0, their file 
names are *.ttb.

Note, also, that a few of the text tables have been renamed in 4.0. I believe 
you were asking about the Norwegian tables at one point. They used to be no-h 
and no-p. In 4.0 they're no and no-oub.
