[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: eever

Hi folks,

"Always" rules originating from me make me very nervous, but as far as I can 
see the letters eever should nearly always be contracted e-e-v-er. The only 
exception I've come across so far is "whereever". Even with the attached 
patch, however, Whereever is still handled correctly, and names like Deever 
are correct now, too.

The patch is attached and here are some examples from Web-Braille:
