In the subdirectory "Drivers/Braille/EuroBraille", you should find the file 
"eu_serial.c". On line 61 of the file you should find:

   return serialReadData(serialDevice, buf, length, 0, 20);

Please try changing the 20 just before the right parenthesis to 100. Then 
rebuild, test, and let us know if it helps.
