Yes brltty are in centos
But you must compile anyway
Because
When you try to start the precompiled in centos you get the message
No driver or something

I'm perfectly happy with CentOS, it's a professional version and supports
brltty in the distribution. The version is slightly older, but you can
easily compile your new version and install it.
