[BRLTTY] problem when reconectin braille

Mmm, so it seems that gentoo is using the udev script to start brltty
automatically, but fails to avoid doing so if it is started already.
I'd think you should contact the maintainer of the gentoo brltty ebuild
and explain him the situation.
