[BRLTTY] Crashes drives me nuts.

Hello!
I only have tried it in the dos command line but no i do not use it.
It seems to work properly.
I'll let you know if something happens.
Maybe my system is unstable.

It disables brltty's own screen reading, which you probably don't use since
you are using NVDA.
