[BRLTTY] Problem with BRLTTY 4.2.1 for Windows

Hello list,
I'm writing on behalf of an Italian user who's not a member of this list.

He reports that, with his Alva 544 satellite traveller (but also with 
an Alva 544 satellite), in BRLTTY version 4.2.1 for Windows, cursor 
routings don't work.

I admit I haven't been following the list lately, so I don't know 
whether the malfunction has been reported already.
Sorry if  it has already been brought to your atention.
