[BRLTTY] Problem with BRLTTY 4.2.1 for Windows

Dear Samuel,

You do remember my problems using NVDA and BRLTTY 4.2-1 with Baum 
SuperVario40 Braille display while I can not use key number 5 to scroll the 
Braille line forward.
Can you give me good news for that problem please?

Ok, so at least in some cases it works.
