[BRLTTY] Brltty with nvda no longer works.

Hi,

The problem is that current NVDA snapshots are built with Python 2.70 and that Brltty's Python bindings have not still been upgraded to this Python Version.
As soon as Brltty bindings will be to the right Python level, it will work again.

  Someone told me this is because some issues with the latest python.
  I have asked folks on the dev list but they seem to have too much to do with other things.

  THe latest snap i have is 3619 i think.
