I did. 
char \u20AC	(1   5  8)  # ⢑ € [EURO SIGN]
(last line of my file before include common.tti)

Now I see the good code when I do altgr+e on normal keyboard (when the sign appears on the screen). But if I press the combination on keyboard (even in tty), doesn't give anything. An explanation?
