[BRLTTY] Trying to get the BRLTTY to work with NVDA on a Windows 7 machine

Hi there.
As the subject line indicates, I´m trying to get the BRLTTY to work with NVDA on a Windows 7 machine.
I´m using a Seika Braille display.
I had already installed the manufacturers drivers, but I have tried both the USB option as well as the COM port option in the BRLTTY Configure window.
Neither seem to work, I´m afraid.
Got a hint that I should try running BRLTTY without NVDA, to see if I could get any braille on the display that way.
I´m a little confused here, is braille supposed to be displayed when in the configure screen of BRLTTY?
How could I produce braille on the screen using just BRLTTY?

Kind regards,
