[BRLTTY] Contraction errors and patch: hereto, hm

Hi folks,

The word "hereto" should use the here sign just as in heretofore. I
have only one example:

 "hto 9 support ( ? *all5ge4 ,i 3t5d t

Another "error", made wrong by the passage of time. Consider the
letters "hm". In the (not very) old days we were supposed to insert an
apostrophe to distinguish them from the sign for "him". According to
the newest rules, we use a letter sign instead, using an apostrophe
only when the print has an apostrophe. Here are some examples:

pr9t expres.ns 8h'm0 & 8;hm60 foll{ pr9t
,:5 ! lrs .;hm >e us$ 9 pr9t 6repres5t a
 ;hm1 ev5ts4 ,any su7es;ns1 ,simon80
  8,ah--;hm4 ,s9ce ye/}"d80
   8,mmm-;hm10 ,annawake says1 n look+
