[BRLTTY] have to create brltty.exe for windows..?????????

  Really i don't know how to convert/create brltty.exe from available
source code??? If some one provide me a solution for this problem it
will be greatful to you... REALLY I DON'T know how to create this exe
file from the source. Pls pls need guidance for this function...
