[BRLTTY] Problem On compiling BRLTTY in Cygwin

Hi all,

I haven't followed all this thread but compiling brltty in Cygwin is a
little unusual.

You have to set up gcc to run gcc3. gcc4 won't work. To do this
there's a script whose name I always forget but it's something like:

/bin/set-gcc-version-3

You have to find and use that script to get all the variables set
properly.
