As I said. For instance take a debian Cd image:

http://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/lenny/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/mini.iso

and run kvm -cdrom mini.iso -curses -usbdevice braille , press enter at
the boot prompt (yes, it's in graphical mode, but you can still type
enter)
