[BRLTTY] Starting brltty as init

Unfortunately I purged my debian brltty package when I changed the the svn version on this new install. The debian package has a problem so that US grade 2 English doesn't get used even if it's in the configuration. I think I posted about it back a while ago when I did a fresh install. So whenever I install debian I get rid of debian's package as soon as I can get it from the repository. But maybe I'll eventually reinstall and try that. Putting it in the initrd image would make sense.
