hi iam new! my name is Bardia zakeri iam 16 year  s old and from sweden.
i have some ?s now.
1. can i  run brltty on  windows or  only on linux?  in linux i know . because in nvda   a alternative  is brltty . and can i use brltty with dos  or  so? and  can i use  tts synthesiser  on  dos or so whit brltty only?  and can i  do a brltty tool to talks  allso ?  thanks
