[BRLTTY] Contraction errors and patches: reaccept, reachieve, reacquire

Boy was this a can of worms!

I came across the sentence: I have not reacquired my taste for
port. This led to several words starting with reacc and reacq with a
reachieve thrown in for good luck. This one affects too many words for
me to give examples but most are pretty self-evident.

This patch also contains Clemenceau and friends for no particular
reason.
