[BRLTTY] Where is the papenmeier driver?.

Your log shows that brltty is using the Papenmeier driver, but on COM2 (not on 
COM9). Note that the log starts out with these two warnings:

>brltty.exe: configuration directive specified more than once: braille-device
>brltty.exe: configuration directive specified more than once: braille-driver

Please ensure that each directive is specified only once in order to eliminate 
any ambiguity.
