[BRLTTY] brltty configure script requires subversion

Hi Dave,

I just received this bug report on gentoo yesterday.

http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361327

Looking at the code, it looks like configure.ac calls revision, which
requires subversion to exist or gives this error.

This means that anyone who tries to build brltty needs to have
subversion installed or gets this error when they run ./configure.

I don't really know the purpose of the "revision" script, so I am asking
here why we have it, and if there is a way a patch could be written for
it so that it doesn't require the presence of subversion?

Thanks,

William
