[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Ineradicable

Hi folks,

Since eradicable does not use the er sign neither should
ineradicable. Here's a patch that handles even such possibly
non-existent words as ineradication. Some examples from my web-braille
books are:

 9eradica# ambi;n2 4crim9ate ! ,*ri/ian
9eradica# e6ect &1 3v}sely1 su3ess &
 9eradica#4 ,moreov}1 _h %e "kn h}
 2 room = t 9eradica# pride (a
 o!r;s1 9eradica# di6};e4
