[BRLTTY] Good news about keyboard emulation on the Mac

I discovered tonight that keyboard emulation is indeed working on the Mac. 
I found this out because I was trying to help a friend get brltty up on 
her Mac and so I put brltty 4.2 on my Mac to make sure it works. I 
discovered that if I pressed a key two or perhaps three times the keyboard 
emulation would start working and I was able to type and do chording 
successfully. So then I switched back to the svn latest revission and it 
works there too. Either (1) I gave up after one keypress too few; or (2) 
the patch for pty.c so that I'm now not running screen as a power-pc 
program has 
helped. Whatever the cause, keyboard emulation is alive and well on the 
Mac. I'm really sure I tried several keypresses to see if it worked when I 
first saw there was a problem, but when something like this happens you 
start to question your memory of what you did, or at least I do.
