[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Encyclopedic

Hi everyone,

The word encyclopedia is properly contracted. But when you change it
to encyclopedic brltty suddenly starts missing the ed sign. The
easiest way to fix this was to put in the beginning of the word
encyclopedic, which will handle encyclopedist (which I forgot to test
anyway) and will not break encyclopaedia.

Here are some examples of encyclopedic:
