[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Horserace

Hi everyone,

Not long ago I handed in a patch for, among other things, words
containing "horse". Among them was the word "horser"--a horse van for
transporting nine horses would be called a nine-horser.

Unfortunately, this broke horserace and horseradish, so here's a fix
for those words.
