[BRLTTY] Brltty 4.3.1

Hi!
I now have tried several steps to make the brltty 4.3.1 work for me on 
windows 7 64 home premium.
Sadly i must say that i can not get anything to work now.
Not a virtual com port nor libusb drivers.
So i am really stumped.
Its very frustrating and irritating.
In my opinion you shouldn't have to be a computer engineering to install 
a program but it seems other have other opinions.
I guess microsoft is to blame here.
I never had such problems under linux.
If someone have any suggestions i would appreciate it.
