[BRLTTY] need the download link for BRLTTY 4.3.1 for windows

Helo!

I try to find the Exe or zip file for downloading and trying the new brltty 
4.3.1.
I can see that only for MAC or other applicatiions but not for Windows OS.

Can someone help, please?
