[BRLTTY] More for samuel.

Hi!
FIrst of all the brltty 4.2.3 has no problem with the navigation bar on 
my braillex els 40.
Secondly, sometimes when replying to the list it does not seem to come 
through.
It seems i car write a new message with no problems but if i replay to a 
message sometimes it doesn't come through.
