When listing a directory with fs->dir(), can the hook (third argument) be NULL
(to get fs->dir() to return immediately without actually doing anything),
or must it be an actual function?

If it must be a function, am I correct that returning 1 means keep listing and
that returning 0 means stop listing?

Does returning 0 mean an error or will fs->dir() still return GRUB_ERR_NONE?

Including <grub/cpu/pci.h> to pick up GRUB_MACHINE_PCI_IO_BASE seems to be
insufficient as used types aren't defined. What else needs to be included?
