[BRLTTY] Contraction error and patch: Mishit

Hi everyone,

The word mishit should not use the sh sign. Neither should
mishallow. The attached patch fixes them both. Note that neither
appears in my web-Braille books or my spelling checker, but at least
they'll be contracted right. :-)
