Orca have decided not to write their own drivers, but to rely on
Speech-Dispatcher for support (including support for serial synthesizers and
cards, which is yet to be written).

It might be best to coordinate those efforts with Speech-Dispatcher instead of
having BRLTTY and Speech-Dispatcher write parallel implementations.

For a quick solution, Speakup might well provide the support already for
DoubleTalk.
