[BRLTTY] Old problem appear again

Hi

After upgrade kernel to 3.2.26, the old problem appears again -- couldn't 
read utf8 characters correctly.
If I set Xcharset=utf8, it'll lost some characters.
If set to big5+utf8, some characters will display incorrect.
I have patched char.c which from Samuel to new kernel.
I've also disabled vt.default_utf8 in lilo.conf.
Would someone can help me?
