[BRLTTY] Brltty on arch linux?

It's odd that it tries to connect to dbus, only the atspi2 driver should
be doing that, but it's not supposed to be enabled by default. Did the
arch maintainer use any particular configuration?  I remember something
like that, maybe it was Arch.
