[BRLTTY] Sluggishness in Cygwin

Perhaps running it under Valgrind would help here. This should show any memory
which is allocated but not freed by the time BRLTTY terminates.

I haven't used it much, but when I last needed it, Valgrind solved my problem.
Others on this list, no doubt, have had more experience with it.
