[BRLTTY] BRLTTY doesn't reloads itselft on Windows 7

It's I think but I haven't another soution.
All BRLTTY programs don't receive any order on Windows 7 (I don't try with
Vista). It's like if a firewall blocked BRLTTY.

Does anyone tried to change BRLTTY's setting in Windows 7 ?
